How do I create a customer account?
Customer accounts are created at checkout immediately after you've placed your order. You will be prompted to create a password and your shipping address will be saved.
Payment and credit card information is not saved.
Why is a purchase necessary to create a customer account?
What if I've forgotten my account's password?
If you've forgotten your password, simply click "Forgot Password". It appears right under the login box. You will be sent an email containing that information.
Customer accounts are completely automated. We do not have access to your password and therefore can not assist you in recovery.
When will I receive my order?
We use Priority Mail Flat Rate shipping and most orders arrive 2-5 days after payment has been received. All orders can be tracked through www.usps.com within 24-48 hours after a shipping confirmation has been sent to you.
